Seed starting - spinach

i started some spinach seedlings feb. 11. put them in a makeshift greenhouse -- sealed in clear plastic container, water, soilless Fafard mix. two sprouted five days later, earlier than i expected and i moved them out of the greenhouse. i fertilized them ---- 18-18-21 --- on day 10, when the last of the five expected seeds sprouted.
