Joseph Allawos holds a Master of Science Degree in Botany from the University of Tennesse at Knoxville and has devoted most of his adult life to the pursuit of plant studies; with emphasis in agriculture, horticulture and plants native to the Blue Ridge Province. He is a full time instructor of Botany at Asheville Buncombe College and is owner of Sugar Creek Farm Organics. He has over 15 years of practical experience as an organic farmer.

Sixth Annual Six Week Organic Gardening Intensive at Sugar Creek Farm

Howdy Folks,

Sugar Creek Farm is happy to announce the dates for the Sixth Annual Organic Gardening Intensive, 2010. The class will begin on Saturday, April 10th, meeting six consecutive Saturdays and ending on May 15th. Class time is from 10 am to 2 pm with an hour break to eat lunch, socialize and wonder around the picturesque Sugar Creek Farm.
