Shitake and Oyster Mushroom Logs

I have some shitake and oyster mushroom logs for sale if anyone is interested in getting started growing them. They are 3 ft long minimum and about 5.5 inches in diameter. I am asking $25 each. I can also answer any of your mushroom related questions if you respond to this discussion.

I am interested in one. How long/much do they produce? What kind of micro-climate do they need? Where are they located? I am in Candler/West Asheville. Thanx!
